GUYS PLEASE TAKE NOTE IN THE BOOKING FORM THAT ALL FORMS AND PAYMENTS NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY THE 15^TH NOVEMBER. WE HAVE MANAGED TO NEGOTIATE GREAT RATES WITH THE CITY IN TERMS OF THE POOL HIRE AS WELL AS THE HOTELS WHICH NEED TO BE PAID BY THE 20^TH NOVEMBER, OTHERWISE THESE RATES WILL FALL AWAY. FAILURE TO MEET THE DEADLINE WILL INCUR AN INCREASED TOURNAMENT FEE PER PLAYER AS WELL AS HOTEL RATES.
